do not find this statement of philosophy compatible with your own beliefs then
you probably will not find this site useful.
If after reading the statement of Philosophy, you believe
your thinking is in alignment with this site, please proceed to reading the
piece on "Understanding Hypnosis" that can be found under the menu
item for "Hypnosis" and the piece on meditation that can be found under the menu item for "Meditation." After you have acquainted yourself with the definitions of
hypnosis and meditation used on this site, you should proceed to selecting one of the topics from
the menu that interests you. If you prefer to develop your own suggestions, the two inductions at the bottom of the Hypnosis page contain no suggestions. You can add your own suggestions to the end of these inductions. Induction 1 is longer and the one that you should begin with. Induction 2 is a little shorter and can be used after you have success with Induction 1.
